Well, that was a weird intro but I couldn't think of anything else. Here is the deal: My shape is thus: medium thru the chest, small waist and wide hips (meaning, a difference of eight inches from chest to waist and a differnce of twelve inches from waist to hips, yes weird). Anyway, while I was (and still am kind of) rehabbing (sp?) my foot, I worked on my arms more. Well, I hate to brag but yours truly has a couple of nice biceps on those arms now. I lifted heavy. But, all those years when I lifted heavy on the lower body, no bulging muscles. What is the deal here? Thank you!
