Carola!

Hi Curley:

Sheez, things are happening fast in your life! I saw you had your baby, congratulations! and now you sold your house. I was pretty sure your house would sell, it's beautiful.

So how is life treating you otherwise?

I have been down with the flu and a ear infection for 10 days, so no workouts for me and my house looks like a tornado went through and I have laundry stacked up to the ceiling. It's going to take me several days to get it all done, yuck!

And since my life is so boring :) I thought I do something to spice it up a little bit, so I might be getting a new puppy tomorrow, which would make it 4 dogs. Don't say it, I know it's crazy, but we will have to put down one of my other dogs here soon, he is doing pretty lousy and I have been dreading this for a while. He can barely get around and started having several growths on his stomach which look like cauliflowers - so it's not good.

Glad to hear your good news. We should organize a AZ Cathe meeting sometime.

Take care!

Carola

All for the meeting, how fun would that be!!! But Marleysmom will absolutely have to get here from Houston to join us!

Get that puppy! Are you kidding, I would. I never would think you're crazy. I'd have more dogs if my husband wasn't opposed to it;-)

I'm so sorry for your lab.

Curly:

I have the same problem with my husband;-) He thinks one dog is plenty, but he is outnumbered. Both the boys and I want another dog.

Anyway, I didn't get the puppy on Thursday. I went all the way out past Superior (about 100 miles from where I live) and decided to wait. I have an appointment at the vet for the labrador on Wednesday, depending on what transpires there, we'll decide, if and when we get a new puppy.

A new puppy always turns your house upside down in the beginning and with Jake not being in great shape, it may be a little too stressful on him and he may not get the attention he deserves.

Take care,

Carola

Thanks for the compliment Cathrine, yeah, he is pretty cute. We got him 3 months ago and he has everyone wrapped around his little paw :) including my husband.
I agree, can't have too many fur babies but I may need to get a bigger house for that.

Have a great day!

Carola
