Carol - I need Activity POINTS help.

Hey Carol:

I did a kickin' workout today. I haven't been able to workout because of my busy schedule for a couple of days so I wanted to "catch up". I did all of IMAX2, PUB (up the pyramid only) and all of legs and glutes. I weigh 165 and am 5'6", so I got my activy points slide out and came up with this - 5 for IMAX2, 1 for PUB (I wasn't sweating too much) and 2 for Legs and Glutes. What do you think? Too much? Too little? I have trouble figuring out activity points because I never know where to measure the slide. Any advice??

Hi Marcia - I'm sorry I just now saw this thread. I worked last night and was only able to get online and on here for a few minutes, and I just woke up. Have to go back in tonight, but this is the formula I use to calculate AP's. I don't go by the slider or the calculator on the website, because I work at a MUCH higher intensity with Cathe's workouts than WW accounts for!! :) Hope this helps!!

Body Weight/124 X time/intensity level

Low intensity = 35 (50 - 65% maximum heartrate)
Moderate = 25 (65 - 75%)
High = 10 (75 - 90%)
