I have a hard time doing cardio routines, I simply don't like them! I do much better on ellipticals or something like them. I'm considering a spinning bike - what are your thoughts. I NEED cardio and I need to enjoy it in order to do it.
Not Cathe, of course. Have you tried her kickbox workouts? They rock. I am in the same boat as you. I get bored real easy and need a challenge or something really fun to get my cardio workouts in for the week. Give it a shot.
