cardio

I like Kickboxing - Kick Punch & Crunch, Cardio Kicks, and the Powerstrike workouts (Powerstrike isn't by Cathe). That's pretty much all I did for cardio until recently when I became very bored with it and started moving on to step workouts.

I also like P90X's Plyometric workout.
 
I love, love, love Christy Taylors Hi Lo Heaven. Or Kick Punch and Crunch, they are both tied for 1st in my list of non step cardio.

KPC and Cardio Kicks. I also like Charlene Prickett's Hilo when I'm not real energetic but want to do something rather than give in and park on a couch. I like her "Start Your Engines." HiLo Heaven is a good one also. And Taebo advanced workouts - but not as often as the Cathe stuff. I'd like to try the new Taebo Extreme.
