I did Cathe's August rotation in September--had to wait for the kids to start school. This month I'm doing a makeshift Terminator/Hardcore Extreme circuit rotation. I included 1 full yoga workout, 1 run, 1 kickbox, 2 "terminator or extreme" workouts, and 1 circuit workout per week with shorter yoga workouts each day for a post-workout stretch. I varied everything so I did all the Terminator and Hardcore Extremes as well as all my circuit workouts.
I'm still feeling really bulky (especially in my legs) and not firming up in my upper midsection like I want to. I'm considering an all cardio and yoga rotation for next month, but am afraid to loose too much strength. Has anyone tried this? I'm thinking some form of cardio with a full yoga workout every day--varying the cardio to include interval, running, and some of Cathe's less-intense "classic" workouts as well as 1 kickboxing/week.
