Hi gang,

Just a note to say that I did C&W for the first time this morning and it was a BLAST!! I love that fact that it is NOT her most intense workout; I love the moves; I love the fact that the weight sections are primarily for the upper body; I love the core work; In short I LOVE THIS WORKOUT and cannot wait to do it again (Fortunately I it's in my rotation this month!)!!

I agree. I love this one, too. I haven't done it in a while, but I did pop it in this a.m. after an upper body workout and did just the cardio pre-mix. Now, I'll be singing 'Buttercup' all day long. :+
