Cathe, just a quick question, the kids are out of school and I don't have my usual time in the morning to do my cardio and weights on the same day. I'm trying to do just cardio one day and weights the next, I know weights are important and cardio and stretching, but if you had to do one of them which one would be more beneficial, weights or cardio? I'm just trying to schedule my week and wanted to know which one to do more of. Thanks a bunch and hope all is well with the family. Take care, Pam
