i saw a commerical for this and i noticed there is one in lynchburg where i live. i will have to get more info from them but appernently is like cardio using tennis movements. great will it teach me to play tennis now b/c hubby and embarrass ourselves every week at the courts LOL. and plz god i better not hear denise austin's voice wheni get there
