Cardio supersets + Step

HI
Can someone tell me how the LIS Cardio Supersets + Step Premix is arranged. I have it on my calendar for Fri's rotation and the calendar is only listing 22 mins of what should be a 63 min workout. I'm sure I could make up my own arrangement but I'd like to know how Cathe has it arranged,

Are you looking in the workout manager?
I see a 63 min workout with
1st and 2nd segment of rounds 1-8 followed by 4 segments of step cardio and wts --that is what shows up for me when I look in there.
 
Thanks for the info. I can now make the premix on the blender with the info you sent.
It's not what's showing up on miy Manager.
