cardio shock, leg workout?

would you say Cardio shock has a lot of leg workouts (free style) with all the jumps?

I want to do the STS rotation, I was about to do legs twice a week. But I wonder if the STS Cardio are cardio and free style workout, so only 1 leg workout is wnough

Am I right?

I haven't had the chance to do most of them... so looking for opinion

I am scared to reduce cardio and leg workouts

I was the same... but seriously, your legs will HURT from the cardio.. specially if you make sure you put in plenty of the dvds with plyo work in them. I think one leg workout will be enough... that's what my legs are screaming anyway!

anyone else have an opinion about this?

would you do 2 leg workouts with STS and STS Cardio? Or one is enough since something like HITT every week is like a free style leg.
right?

My legs were sore and domes all over from doing 40/20 actually I was glad legs day is on Friday! For me one leg workout is enough if I squat very low, jump high, I think I'm good to go.
But if you have the Muscle endurance go ahead and do more, or the day off go heave..
