Cardio Question

Hi Ladies,

I am 40 and 1/2 and I don't need to lose weight, but........

I ride a stationery bike for 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week, go for 30 minutes walks on lunch breaks two days a week, and just started doing the GS series three times a week.....was previously doing MM two or three times per week.

My question is (remember I don't need to lose weight) should I change up my cardio, you know make it more intense, or not worry about it since weight is not an issue. BTW: I lost 20 pounds over the last year and 1/2 and have been mainting it for 6 months or so.

I am not a "lover" or exercise. I pretty much do it because I like the results. My goal is to further define muscle.
 
Hi! Not Cathe here - but would please come over to the Check-ins & Challenges and let us "40 and Over" group know your secret??:7 We're all having different struggles and issues of diet and which exercises - since after turning 40 - it's harder to take off and maintain. Since Cathe is really busy right now - we would love to have your input on what you do!!:7 Thanks!!!!!
