Cardio no equipment with strength using bands

Cathe- I would love to have a workout from you that I could take with me on trips. We have family 2.5 hours away that we visit and we also go on trips in the summer. I can't bring my step with me NOR can I bring weights. I absolutely LOVE band work, though, and would love a strength workout (or better yet a CIRCUIT workout!!) that incorporates body weight and band resistance.

I know that I could bring all your kickboxing workouts with me for cardio (and do bring those). But another cardio workout that doesn't require a step (and NOT Hi/Lo- I just can't handle all that impact) would be super. Something with more variety than just kickboxing.

So- cardio either low impact or a combination of different things without a step and then band work. You could put a circuit premix on there as well (I am really partial to circuit workouts- I just love doing them).

Thanks for all you do! I hate working out to anyone else!
