As with my other cardio mish-moshes, these are NOT for the novice Cathe-ite nor are they appropriate for those who have joint issues that might be negatively affected by impact. Make sure you have proper footwear. And these again are only for those with DVDs, and work best on a 5-disc changer.

Hi A-Jock,

I did your mish mosh from a 2 wks ago I think and it was awesome. Thanks for introducing so much variety into my workouts. I tend to do the workouts in their entirety as filmed. These mish moshes give me so much more variety and push me to my cardio limit. I do lose my heart rate at times since I only have single disc cd player, but I have them laid out and ready to go.

Well I'm not Sheila, but I appreciate the "bump". I've been looking at your mish-moshes as something to do after the August bootcamp rotation. Thank you for all your work in preparing and sharing your ideas.

I don't have all of these, but after reading this and finally discovering the joy of premixes (I've always just played the original routine as-is)you've inspired me to explore a little further! Thanks for all the creativity.
 
I just wanted to say that i tried the first theme mish-mosh today.
What a great heart pounding workout. It took me about 80 minutes and I felt like I had run 10 miles! Thanks for posting this. Can't wait to try the theme and variation mish-mosh.
