What a great workout. I did it this morning and just love the high punches and the 1 2 3 punches and jump. I also loved how I could modify the impact whenever I wanted and still get a good workout. My whole body felt really worked out without the beat up feeling. I definitely will be doing this one on a regular basis.
 
Cardio Kicks is one of my favorites. I also really like Circuit Max when I'm wanting a metabolic type workout. I think both of the workouts on this DVD are awesome and I always feel good when I do them--like you said, "worked out but without the beat up feeling." I hope people don't overlook them just because they are older workouts from Cathe. :)
 
I like Cardio Kicks because you move your feet almost constantly with the punching. There's such variety; no boredom factor. One of my favorite KB workouts.
 
Another cardio kicks and circuit max lover here!! I love the punching drills in cardio kicks and sometimes tack it on to other workouts.
