I've said several times on this forum that of all of Cathe's kickbox workouts, this one is my ALL TIME FAVE! I'm a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, so take my review of CK with that in mind! LOL Like Shelley said, the form is FAR from what it is in Cathe's more recent kickbox workouts, but the cardio factor (for me) is much higher on the scale than KPC. I ALWAYS...without FAIL....have DOMS across my shoulders and upper back the day following CK. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!
