Cardio Kicks is quite different from Kick Max and Kick, Punch and Crunch, and of the three, it's my least favorite. When I first got it, I didn't like it because there are moves that take a lot of room, and some parts feel much more kickbox-inspired-cardio than more authentic kickboxing (and Cathe's form isn't as good as it is in her more recent KB workouts--not horribly distracting 'bad' form, but flaring elbows on punches that can annoy KB perfectionists).
After I used it more, I figured out how to use it in my space, and really took the KB drill segments up a notch, and now I like it. The music is really good, too (and I tend to like Cathe's music choices for her KB workouts in general).
One thing I really like about it is that the long warm-up (about 12 minutes) can serve as a warm-up to a weight workout. I've also sometimes done the CK warm-up, then gone on to a weight workout (like the arm segments of PH), then finished off with the rest of CK.
