I did Cardio Kicks today. It's been a while since I've done that workout but was it ever fun!! The time just flew by and before I knew it we were starting the drills!! I could really tell that my shoulders were getting a great workout with this routine. Believe me, thats a very good thing: I have the pear shaped physique and working my shoulders helps even me out so to speak.
