Cardio Kicks

Hi Everyone,
My latest video order (Cardio Kicks) comes tomorrow. I can't wait to try it! So please ladies, tell me what you think about this video and what to expect.

Clear lots of space

I do like this workout, but it is a space hog. I haven't figured out how to do grapevines or scoots across my space & then finish with kicks or punches. I may lose a window eventually. On some of the other moves that seem to take lots of space, I "jump rope". Others do the same movement as Cathe but stay in the same place or just go back & forth across their space rather than forward & back. If your workout area is roomy this won't even be an issue.

I really like the drills, the last part of the workout so pace yourself. I really, really like it when Cathe calls the guys up front because I know my sweatfest is finally close to ending!

You are in for some FUN!!! Just to let you know~I started this tape in a much smaller space the 1st. few times I did it and I was able to modify it just fine by going up more then lateral or forward & back. Now that I have moved into my new workout room and have more spcae, I can really move. Both ways, I had my heart rate up there. I'm with Debra~Once Cathe calls the guys up to the front (which really kicks you up a notch)you know it's almost done! :-tired but the workout is sooo fun, the time does fly! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! I feel so empowered after it's over!

I did have a problem with enough space also, but I posted to Cathe about it and she gave me some different ideas to substitute in place for them. For example, those scoops going forward and then sashaying back...Cathe suggested that I do two plyos and then 4 heel jumps. Works perfectly and really keeps my heart rate up!
