Clear lots of space
I do like this workout, but it is a space hog. I haven't figured out how to do grapevines or scoots across my space & then finish with kicks or punches. I may lose a window eventually. On some of the other moves that seem to take lots of space, I "jump rope". Others do the same movement as Cathe but stay in the same place or just go back & forth across their space rather than forward & back. If your workout area is roomy this won't even be an issue.
I really like the drills, the last part of the workout so pace yourself. I really, really like it when Cathe calls the guys up front because I know my sweatfest is finally close to ending!
