hi,i got the video cardio kicks for christmas and i loooove it! i thought my arms were going to burst open they burned so much! anyway...i am wondering,i am trying to gain weight and tighten up,i know this is a cardio workout,but where you work your arms,legs and abs so much i am wondering if i can still lift weights the next day,i try to rest a day inbetween lifting weights and do my cardio on the days i don't lift. i don't want to burn up muscle(not that i have any..yet).let me know! thanks!!
