**CARDIO HATEVILLE** 3/24

Miss Lee

Cathlete
Good morning! http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/flowerysmile.gif

It's a lovely sunny day and I saw my first flowers of spring yesterday :)

We had a lovely Easter -- how 'bout y'all? The dinner turned out FABULOUS! DH cooked the lamb and I took care of everything else. It was a long day, though, and we were spent by the time we got home last night.

I did a Leslie Sansone walking DVD yesterday, and I'm planning to do Cathe's Push Pull workout today, and, if there's enough time, a Cardio Coach workout on my elliptical.

ROBIN'S HOME!!!!! Yea!!! I have missed you so much! I'm sorry the weather wasn't perfect and that your flight was delayed, but gosh, I'm so darn happy you're back! We missed you around here, young lady! I hope you can get good and rested up today before heading back to work. Come say hi when you get a chance :* :* :*

AUGUST -- You have chairs now! YEA for August's chairs!!! http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/cheerleader.gif http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/cheerleader.gif http://www.millan.net/minimations/smileys/cheerleader.gif

Do the squirrels like your new chairs? :D

Have your food shopping, chair buying, bird feeding, crock-pot cooking adventures gotten your creative juices flowing? LMAO!! We expect beautiful music out of all this! :p

JENNIFER -- How was your Easter? Is the snow gone? We had a little bit of a flurry here yesterday but only for a few minutes. It's beautiful here today!

JEN -- I'm so glad your brother approves of Chad! And why wouldn't he? After all, WE heartily approve and who is your brother to go against us!? LMAO!!

DANA -- Was your dinner a big success? Did you save me a piece of cake?

CUZ -- How was your Easter? Did you have a big family celebration? Have you heard anything about that job you applied for?

Okey dokey -- I have to skedaddle. I have some things I MUST get done TODAY, and I cannot allow myself to procrastinate. I'll BBL to see if anyone is around. Take care chicas! :* :* :*

Hi haters. Taking a mini-break here before I have to make the boys' their lunch.

Michele - Glad that your dinner was a success. I have never eaten lamb before (except for gyros, but never any other way). I wouldn't have the slightest clue on how to prepare it. Oh yeah, I have cake saved for you. Actually, this morning I cut up what was left, wrapped each piece individually and put it in the freezer. Out of sight, out of mind!!! My dinner turned out good. My brother didn't show up - told my mom he didn't feel like coming. So I told my mom I wasn't sending him home a plate either!!!:p My friend and her DD were also supposed to stop by and they never did. I haven't done a workout in over a week. I really hope that I have some time tonight. Kudos to you though for getting in a workout and what's this, 2 today??? You rock!!! :p

August - yeah you have chairs!!!!! When am I going to read that you are in NY for business????? Enjoy your time working!!! Ha! It is a good thing that you love what you do. :)

Jen - ditto to what Michele said. If WE approve, they that is all that matters. Glad you had a nice Easter!!

Jennifer - how was it going back to work today???? I don't want to go back tomorrow. Bleck!!!!!

Robin - so you're back!!! YEAH!!! We really did miss you. Pop in when you time.

Hi Shannon!!!!

Well, I better get going. You all must think that I"m a clean freak but my kids and DH are such pigs that all I do is run around cleaning up messes. So I"m off to clean!!!

Later haters!

Hey guys!

I'm back from work and just here to give you all BIG kisses. :)

Sorry I'll have to be quick. I hate to be quick at Hatesville! But I wanted to drop by.

Okay, I'd better wash up and get ready for bed so that I can be productive tomorrow. Thank goodness for inspiring dining tables and chairs!

:*

I'm...I'm procrastinating http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/whacky011.gif

I need a kick in the pants!

Did I mention that all of DH's siblings are coming into town this week http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/shocked035.gif . They're coming home to celebrate my FIL's 80th birthday. So -- I have TONS of stuff to do, not to mention that I'd like to visit my sister this week if I can find the time. I'm not sure how much help my MIL needs to get ready for the onslaught, but I suppose I should call her and at least get her thinking about it. Mom and pop are FAMOUS for calling me in the 11th hour with a laundry list of stuff they want or need help with http://www.kidcorral.ca/forum/images/smilies/drowning.gif

DH just called -- with a laundry list of things he needs me to do http://www.kidcorral.ca/forum/images/smilies/gaah.gif

DANA -- Lamb is so easy to prepare. You can find dozens of recipes online. There's really nothing to it. If you can roast a ham, you can roast a lamb -- hahahahaha! -- I just made a rhyme :p

AUGIE -- Sleep tight :* . We need you to be all rested and ready to create tomorrow http://www.kidcorral.ca/forum/images/smilies/geekon.gif

OH! I lost a couple of pounds!! It must be all the beans and lentils I've been eating http://www.kidcorral.ca/forum/images/smilies/fart.gif :p

Hi, all you Haters -

Sorry I've been MIA the past few days, but I desperately needed a break from the computer. I actually called in sick Friday because I just couldn't take it anymore. I get awful neck and shoulder pain, along with tension headaches, and it's been particularly bad lately. As near as I can tell, it's all computer-related. That's a bit of a problem, since that's my job.

Anyhow....

Cuz - are you telling me you did weights AND cardio all in one day? Wow! You're certainly getting back into the swing of things! Are all of DH's siblings staying with you? Oh lord, I hope not. I'm sending you lots of energy so you can get everything done! And yes, I had a very nice Easter. We had a potluck at the parents' house and... there... were... BROWNIES. Oh my were they good. Chocolate brownies with chocolate chips in them, and topped with fudgy frosting. I was in heaven.

Dana - Hi! You should threaten your DH with no dinner unless he picks up after himself! }(

August - you have chairs????? Oh boy. I need to go back to the weekend thread and find out more. What do the squirrels think?

Michele - yeah for the weight loss!!!!! It must be the magic SLOOPY JOE's. If that is the case, then I NEED to make them. Are any of your DH's family staying with you? You're going to need a weekend away after all this is said and done.

Shannon - what do you do for a living? I'd like to threaten my husband, believe me there are days that I just want to give him a slap upside of his head. LOL

Me and my boys just got home a bit ago. It is really nice here today, well it is in the low 50's, but that is nice to me. We went over to the lake and walked 2 of the trails. Each trail is 3/4 of a mile. The first trail that we did was nice as they had it all mulched so there was no mud. The boys really had fun throwing rocks and sticks in the water. And Gannon's energy . . . boy I wish I had that. He basically ran the entire trail except for when he was throwing the rocks/sticks. Then we went to the 2nd trail, OMG was it a swamp. It was horrible. My boys thought it was great though. Gannon was sitting in the mud, then he would run and slide into it. He was also digging in it with his hands and making mud balls. The both of them were a filthy mess and I made them take off their socks, shoes and pants. Gabe thought it was awful silly to be riding home in his underwear. He got out of the car and made a mad dash to the garage. He kept saying, "Oh, I hope nobody sees me". Hee-hee. Now my dilemma is keeping Gannon awake for at least 3 more hours. He hasn't napped today and if he takes a nap now, I'll never get him to bed at a decent hour and we go back to our regular schedules tomorrow.

Well, I better get going. I have to start dinner! Talk to you all tomorrow!!!

Hello Haters.

The sun is out, the snow is melting. By Saturday, we got 4" and had problems getting plowed out cause most of the plows (private and public) were disassembled already.

Going back today was difficult. I truly enjoyed my dayoff. Easter Sunday workout was DM, Sat was LIC, and tomorrow might be BMX2.

August-how does Mooch and Chami feel about this new dining set?
My cats use mine, since I have my meals at my snackbar. as a lookout perch for birds and other critters.

Time for dinner, shower, hopefully stay up to watching Dancing.
