Cardio Fusion and B&G

These are the only two from this series I dont have. Whenever I do a rotation that has B&G listed I use legs and glutes. Do you think it is of value to my small collection to add Cardio Fusion? I'm assuming that the cardio from LIC, BM2, Drillmax. Is there new cardio in it that I dont know about? Is B&G similar to L&G?

I'd like to hear your thoughts....thanks.

Carmen.

I love Butts & Guts! I have Legs and Glutes too and rotate them. But I prefer Butts and Guts. I think it is more intense.

Carmen,
If you already have DM, LIC, and BM2, don't get Cardio Fusion. There's nothing new in it, just varied versions of the cardio in those three. It's actually the only Cathe dvd that I'm planning to re-sell. I do, however, really like B&G. There are 2 ab routines, both of which I really like, and the leg/glute work is fantastic.
HTH,
Paula

I also love the B&G workout! I've done that workout a million times and still keep coming back for more :)

I have B&G and I LOVE it. It is my favorite lower body workout Cathe does. I also have Legs and Glutes - also great, but my favorite is B & G. I have gym styles legs and pyramid lower and upper body - I like to have a variety so I can switch it up. Just thought I'd give you full disclosure on all the dvds I have so you can see where I am coming from.

The nice thing about cardio fusion is that you get right into the routines without all of the prep learning - which is great when you already know the routines. You get your HR up right away and can really start to move from the get-go. But it isn't a must add since you have the other dvds already, in my opinion. It is rather a luxury instead of a must - have.

I LOVE B&G as well! It's my favorite lower body workout plus it has 2 great core workouts. The only thing it doesn't have is calves.

I agree - B&G. I also think Legs and Glutes is more "classic" and B&G has more unique moves and some functional training type stuff in it that makes it an interesting option for variety of movement.
