Cardio Core Circuit sub

Hi!

How long is Cardio Core Circuit, cardio-only premix? Since I don't have that dvd yet, is there another Shock Cardio workout that would be a good sub? I received my SC workouts, but the CCC dvd was missing. SNM is sending me one, but it's not here yet.

The cardio only premix is 43 minutes.

Hey Sandra, same thing happened to me. I'm still waiting for CCC to arrive. Are you doing the 3 month rotation?
