cardio coarch or itrain for stationary bike?

After reading so many rave reviews here about Coach Sean, I have a question. I'm not a runner and don't belong to a gym but I wondered if anyone used him for stationary bike workouts. I own a cybex one, not a spinning bike. The Cardio coach website says they are good for stationary bikes too. What do you think? The other thought would be itrain's icycle. Anyone try those? Basically, I'd like to have a low impact, hi intensity cardio option. TIA!

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

I think Cardio Coach is great for any bike. You train at your own intenstiy so it works for any piece of equiptment. I use them all the time on my stationary bike. I love them.

I agree chocolate is the answer.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Do you have a particular CC workout that you like for the bike or are they all equally terrific? p.s. Glad someone else feels the same way I do about chocolate-LOL!

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.:9 :D

Jonahnah,
I love them all. I tend to be drawn to the longer ones especially 5 and 6(both). I really like 4 a lot too. I am actually eating chocolate as I am typing this. I believe one of my kids asked me a question. Kidding.

I haven't done cardio coach. I have some, but never pick them out because I am so happy with icycle (from itrain). You know, the itrains are under $5 each. Why don't you just try one of each and decide for yourself?

As for which icycle to get, they are all very similar. Just be sure to get one that Keith is the coach. I think there's only a few by Joesph and although he's fine, Keith is a million times better.

I only buy the 40 minute icycles and I noticed that the earlier ones have a longer warm up and cool down where as the later ones keep you in the zone for close to 40 minutes and then the warm up and cool down make them closer to 45-50 minutes. There are also 20 minute workouts. It depends on what you want.
