Cardio Coach

I want to say thanks to all who talk about Cardio Coach. I decided to try one. I am way out of shape and with a bad knee it's hard to find cardio that I can do so I did none. Plus I just could not motivate myself to get on the elliptical for more than 5 min.

I have a rusty, squeaky, Orbitrek elliptical and I started vol. 2 last week. The first time I could only do the warm up and the first 2 hills, the next time I made it thru the 3rd hill, then the 4th hill, and now I'm thru the 2nd challenge. Each time I do it the better I get. The more I do the more I think the elliptical is gonna fall apart :)

I'm so excited for you! Glad you're seeing some improvements! Before you know it, you'll be signing up for your first 5K!
 
Woo Hoo!! There is always room for more on the Cardio Coach bandwagon:D

You are doing great and before you know it, you'll be downloading more workouts.
 
I want to say about cardio exercise which is nice body weight exercise.Due to that people are able to feel very fresh and healthy and also they can improve their diet.
By doing cardio person's was-cos get improvement and feeling more moment which part have problem.
