I want to say thanks to all who talk about Cardio Coach. I decided to try one. I am way out of shape and with a bad knee it's hard to find cardio that I can do so I did none. Plus I just could not motivate myself to get on the elliptical for more than 5 min.
I have a rusty, squeaky, Orbitrek elliptical and I started vol. 2 last week. The first time I could only do the warm up and the first 2 hills, the next time I made it thru the 3rd hill, then the 4th hill, and now I'm thru the 2nd challenge. Each time I do it the better I get. The more I do the more I think the elliptical is gonna fall apart
