Cardio Coach

I started CC last week and I love it. I started with 1 because it was shorter and I wasn't certain what I was getting into. I've also done 4 and 6 which I enjoy. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Poor Cathe has been terribly neglected due to my CC but I love playing with my new toys.:D
 
I started CC last month at the recommendation of many forum members. I walk/run outside exclusively.

I have vol. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 and probably will get vol 4, 6 and 8 today :D. I don't really have a favorite, they are all fantastic in different ways.

I love the music of vol. 7 and challenge 3 gives me goosebumps every single time, I always have a great day after doing vol. 7

I also like vol. 5 and 3 because it is more running and less hills, the music is also awesome.

If your jogging/running outdoors what do you do about hills if your running on the flat road? I'm not sure how it works. I'm thinking of trying it cause I'd like to try jogging/running.

You would just increase your speed! :D
Cardio Coach workouts use perceived exertion to measure your effort, so if you find yourself on a flat stretch of road during a hill challenge, you would simply increase your speed until you reach the level of intensity called for in the challenge.
