I'm new to CC. I purchased volumes 2, 7,8. Tried 2 and 8 first. LOVE the intensity although I nearly puked the first time I did 8.
I did a better job of finding my level 3 the second time around.
I went back to buy all the volumes so I have them all!!
This morning I did vol 7, and cramped up under my ribcage during the 2nd challenge(sprints and hills).
Why did I cramp up????
I've never had this happen.
CC kicks butt!!! The entire time I'm working them, I can picture my legs and heart getting stronger.
It's amazing how fast one hour goes by with CC!!!
