Okay so I FINALLY caved and gave CC another chance...
I took advantage of the Breast Cancer Walk donation deal that Coach Sean is/was running and got 4, 5, and 6 in exchange for a donation to a particular walker he is supporting. I figured even if I STILL wasn't fond of the work outs, the money would not go to waste since every penny was donated to the walk.
So I did #4 this morning for the first time and really enjoyed it.
I'm a little unsure of the "zones" as of yet but I guess I'll figure it out as time goes on. I feel I got a good work out regardless though so isn't that TRULY all that matters?
