Cardio Coach -

Fitness-Mom

Cathlete
I was looking into purchasing Cardio Coach from all the rave reviews. Is their anyone that doesn't care for the workouts?
I have to be honest, the clip doesn't sound that great.

Few questions;

1-I don't own a Ipod (daughter lost hers), can I buy a CD instead? I guess eventually I can download to a MP3 player, right?
2-Which one should I start off with. I am just starting to run on the treadmill.

TIA,

Yes, you can buy it on cd. You can also download it and burn it to cd. I don't imagine that just listening to a clip would get you so excited. YOu really do need to listen to it while you're exercising. It keeps you focussed and motivated. And just when you're ready to say, "ehhhh...I've had enough." He says something that makes you realize you haven't had enough and you can't stop until the end. He's got this uncanny ability to know when his audience will be hitting their "enough but not really enough" zone. Know what I mean?

I started with #4 because it was the shortest one. I think of the 3 I have, that's the one I would choose as the first one to get. I also have 5 and 6. They're longer and just slightly more challenging. But I burn about 50 calories more with those 2 than I do on #4.

I'm getting ready to do #4 right now actually and I'm really looking forward to it!

I listened to it first and didn't "get it". You really need to plug it in and get on your machine then you will be pleasantly suprised. I know I was. And yes, you can buy them on CD, or burn them on a CD from you computer. It has been well worth it for me.
