I just ran on the TM to CCV7 for the first time! This one is simply fantastic!
I really loved the layout - switching between steady state and recovery at three minute intervals was a great way to wake up, and the switching between hill climbs and sprints was the perfect ratio and perfect length! I was able to stay in my heart rate zones.
I can't believe 60 minutes, 6 miles went by so fast! I almost want to go do it again!
