Cardio coach Press Play
What is your opinion about this workout? Can somebody tell me how many challenges there are and what they are? Please!!!
Where can I find the CD. I wanted to purcase form Choose Living website but they have just the MP3 downloadable version. I don't have an MP3 player.

Timea, Press Play is an AWESOME workout!!! It's like the Best Of Cardio Coach with FIVE challenges . It's tough but SO inspirational. You can always ask Coach Sean if he'll burn a CD for you. Or you can get the download and burn your own CD. I've done that before!
