I would like to run in a couple of 5k races this summer. Actually, I hate running, but I think that at some point I'll start to love it if I just keep at it! Anyway, after reading all of the posts about cardio coach, I was wondering which one might motivate me when running outside and help me improve my running time in a 5k. I listened to a sample of cardio coach 2 on the website and that seemed like it might be good, but I'm totally new to this.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!
