cardio coach question

Hi there:
I would like to run in a couple of 5k races this summer. Actually, I hate running, but I think that at some point I'll start to love it if I just keep at it! :) Anyway, after reading all of the posts about cardio coach, I was wondering which one might motivate me when running outside and help me improve my running time in a 5k. I listened to a sample of cardio coach 2 on the website and that seemed like it might be good, but I'm totally new to this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Definitely, definitely get Vol. 7. And, while it's not Cardio Coach, I can credit iTread #9 60 minutes with helping immensely with my speed. It's a fast, pretty flat run that Grace actually says is a good training speed run if you're training for a 5 or 10K, so you might want to check it out at itrain.com too!
