Beth,
Not at all crazy. The exercises in Pump where you use dumbbells are all dynaband modifiable:
Circuit One - Squats and Side Lunges
Circuit Two - Crunches and Obliques
Circuit Three - Pushups and Bicep Curls
Circuit Four - Bent Over Lat Rows (you can do the lat pulls like Cathe does, seated with legs extended) and Tricep Extensions
Circuit Five - Overhead Shoulder Presses and Side Raises
In the first set of each circuit, the count is fast for 20 reps and this will work great with a resistance band. In the second set the count slows down to half time for 10 reps, and you could do it with four little pulses on each rep. When you listen to the rep counting you will know exactly what I mean. Or you could work one side at a time and do 20 reps for both sets. Or you could do Pump twice over working only one side each time!
Pump is a good idea for a vacation routine. I never can get myself to do long workouts when I am on holiday. You can bang out Pump in the morning or evening in your room and be done before you realize youve done a full body workout.
