Cardio Coach Pump has been released

Hello ladies and gents
For those of you who dont know, cardio coach Pump is now available for download at the Cardio Coach website. There was no formal announcement about its release. Enjoy!
 
Haha im an enabler. I love his workouts too. This is not a cardio workout tho - its a circuit with weights/pushups/situps/squats etc. I havent done mine yet but I hope too soon so i can see what its like and post reviews up.

For normal cardio coaches i always use the treamill, altho you can use it on any peice of equipment - bike, elliptical, treadmill. You can do it outside running or biking too but it might be harder to simulate the hills etc - walking lunges might work - if there are no hills at that moment. Intervals are easy to do tho outside. I get more of a workout on the treadmill becuase im able to push myself a little harder - i know its harder off of one, but i stil get a great workout and CC pushes me like nothing else..

For Cardio Coach pump you just use mostly dumb bells and an exercise mat. I think if you go to the cc pump site there is a link for equipment but i think its mostly squats, lunges, abs, pushups, biceps tri's etc but they can all be modified probably. I havent done the newest one just yet.

and CC 6 with candace is a KILLER. I do that one on the treadmill and its torture (but in a good way). I think i set my speeds up too high because im an intensity junkie..have fun!!
 
Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes. If I can not go out tomorrow because of the rain then I use my rebounder.

Hi ladies
i've had cardio pump for a while but just got around to doing it tonite. it flew by.
i skipped the warmup/stretch because i just finished doing Cardio Coach vol 3 so i was plenty sweaty and ready.

Cardio Coach Pump moves very very quickly. For each circuit you do 20 fast reps of one exercise, 20 of the other, then repeat both with 10 reps but slower/heavier.

The circuits consist of the following
squats, alternate side lunges
crunches, oblique crunches
pushups , biceps
triceps, rows
military presses, laterals

thats what i remember from it. it moved quickly and is good for toning. its very very different from his other cardio coaches - in that its not much cardio The music is the same and the counting is great and keeps your reps in line
