It appears your next CC workout will be V6!!!? I just did V6 this morning (my 1st CC purchase and my favorite ) and it is soooo awesome. You will love it -- Coach Sean is very talkative and encouraging in this one!!! But they are all so lovable

Another vote for V6 . Sean really is on fire in this one, and very encouraging, especially in the first challenge! I think you'll like it.
