Cardio Camp....

Hello all! I've recently discovered the Cardio Camp workout with Kimberly Spreen (of the CIA workouts). I really like it and I wondered if anyone could recommend something similar. Thanks so much!

Her new one CIA 2705 is really good and similar to CC. She has another one too Kickbox Bootcamp CIA 2505 which I love as well.

Hi Alice. :) I second what Tess said. :) Kickbox Bootcamp is really good, and I love, love, love Absolute Kickboxing, her newest. You can do just the KB segment (about an hour), just the body bar combat section (about 20 min. to 1/2 hr.), or an interval premix with both of them (at about 1 1/2 hrs) that is great! The workout also has a great weighted core section. It's a keeper! :)

My first and only Kimberly Spreen workout is her newest one...Absolute Kickboxing with Combat Intervals. It is so fun and different...I really, really love it. I like the premix that alternates the cardio with combat intervals using the body bar. I'm loving this whole CIA series and consider this series among my best purchases this year!

Thanks Tess, Terry, and Angela! It sounds like I'll have to get her other workouts. What do you all think of the other instructors of CIA? I've tried Criss-Cross Cardio with Sherri Jacquelyn. It's pretty good, although the sound is bad (I can't hear what she's saying half the time), and the intensity could be greater. Overall, its kinda fun so I'll continue to do it.

TIA

Hey Carolyn,
I don't have any of the the other CIA's except Double Cardio and the 2700 series (the ones just released). I absolutely LOVE them all!!! The music in this latest series is WAY above par and the workouts are fun. All Body Attack is quite intense. The other ones can be made more intense but they aren't Cathe intense. The instructors in the lastest series: Kim Miller, Sharon, Kimberly Spreen, Nekea Brown, and Gay Gasper our outstanding in that they are encouraging and their enjoyment of what they do just really comes through in their respective workouts. They absolutely shine in this series! I'm 100% satisfied with all the workouts.
