Cardio Blast Abs on FitTV

I had a dvr recording from fit tv of cathe cardio blast. I loves the ab section. Well, my dvr died and I lost the recording. Is there a video/dvd/download of this out there somewhere?

The name of the show is different though than the DVD so you may have to watch the video for each video to find exactly the one you're looking for.
