I have a question in regards to cardio. You gave me some great advice yesterday on which tapes and a program for building muscle. If I am doing cardio on the same day as weight training, should it be done before or after? I have heard so many different stories about that. I have heard that it limits the muscle growth if done right after the weight training. Is this true? What do you recommend? I could do cardio in the morning and the weights after work, but it doesn't always work out that way. Once again... I need your help! Thanks!!
