Cardio and Weights is a fun workout. When I first got the intensity series is was the workout I did the most. I believe the breakdown is 5 min step cardio - and 2 mintues compound weights. I think Cathe just uses 8lbs for most of the weights. And 4 total rotations.... The step routines are fun and challanging and the music is really good - and you will have "buttercup" going through your head the rest of the night...
This is one of my favs I don't think it's extremely difficult, in Cathe terms anyway . It's one of the few Ab workouts I can get all the way through............and I too love the Buttercup song mostly because it reminds me of "Something about Mary" makes me laugh everytime, the bloopers were so FUNNY. Have fun and have a great workout!
