Cardio and Weight Timesaver Step Premix

Has anyone here done the Timesaver Step only premix on Cardio & Weights? Does it give you a pretty good cardio workout? I'm thinking about using it for my cardio tomorrow after PLB.

I used it last night and I thought it was an ok workout. This was the first time that I've tried it (just bought the DVD last week for IMAX 2) and the steps were actually quite easy to follow and fun.

I don't think that I'll use this pre-mix all that often but for a quick, fairly easy cardio workout this does the trick.
 
Yes, yes, yes, yes!!! This is an absolutely EXCELLENT premix to do after PLB. It's light on the legs, but still gets you moving enough to work up a sweat. If you're working as hard as you should be with PLB, then your legs will be nicely prefatigued, and you will appreciate the intermediate intensity of C&W step.

I use this premix alot.

I agree!! While it isn't the most challenging step routine, the choreography and music are lots of fun and you do break into a decent sweat....at least I do:D !!
 
It is a great 30 minutes cardio step workout.I like to do it after a weight workout.For example if I do the upper body premix of ME I like to do this premix after. It is not as intense as the ctx cardio workouts but it is great. One day I did IMAX 2 and this premix together, one after the other, and it was a Haaard cardio workout.

Thanks for the input. I usually do one of the CTX cardio sections, but they are only around 20 to 25 minutes long. I'm looking for something more around 30 to 35 mintues, but I still want a good intensity level.
