Cardio and Core work!

Hi Cathe!

What I've been wanting for along time is a 60min workout that involves old fashion aerobics with complete core work. Working the entire abdominal group, to working the spinal erectors and hips. I think including the stability ball will be great. When I put on weight, the first place it goes is to my middle. So I very much favor heart pumping aerobics with intense core work.
