So I'm in the process of reading this book and like it so I thought I would pass along the word. Its by health magazine. I've spent years trying to stick with low carb diets. I never felt the fullness others have said it caused nor did i have energy while doing them. This book allows you to eat all the healthy carbs low carb diet restricts (with portion control). I find that i'm fuller and more satisfied with more carbs in my diet. Its hard to break that carbophobic habit i've developed. But i'm feeling much better mentally and physically.
