"Cappy's on, Cappy's on!!!!!!"

Cathe, Everyday (well,6 days a week) you are on in our house...a few times. First there is my daily workout and then there is FitTV (on a big portion of the day...just running. Better than Soaps!) Anyway, everytime you come on my 2.5 year old son sucks in a deep breathe before exclaiming with a huge smile:

"Cappy's on Mommy! Look, Cappy's on!"

So I Thank You Cappy, for making my son smile and keeping me in top shape!!!
