Over the weekend, we moved the extra bed out of my "office" so now I have a new work out room and lots more space for cardio workouts too. I am starting a Pure Strength routine tonight and I can't wait. I picked a good time for PS since the "inlaws" are visiting this weekend for a whole week and PS is a little shorter than MIS and PH. So they won't think I am too rude for working out and not spending time with them!
