<--can't believe <--still feel a little out of it almost a week after coming home
<--tried part of LowMax last night (first attempt at Cathe workout since coming back) and only got through about 3 intervals before falling in sheer exhaustion....while <--was on the floor <-- decided to do a few minutes of coremax....wasn't much at all but heck, it was something right??!!
