Hi everyone. I have the ctx series and am waiting for the bb dvd. I am trying to get into a a rotation with the ctx and change my eating habits and lifestyle. I do good one week and then the next I end up skipping days and eating poorly. I know alot has to do with willpower, but you all seen so excited to do these things that I find difficult.
Any suggestions on how you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
