Can't login to renew Streaming Account

Hi. I did the free trial for streaming but didn't sign up right away after the trial. Now, I'm trying to sign up for the membership but I can't login. I know I'm using the correct password. However, I opted to change the password and requested a new one. I never received anything after trying numerous times over the past week.

Please let me know what I need to do.

Hi Teals, password requests are automatically sent to the email account you registered with. If you haven't received your new password within a few minutes of requesting one I would suggest checking your junk folders. If you still don't see it you will need to contact our customer service team tomorrow at [email protected] and they can help you further.
 
Thanks for responding. The problem was with Google. There was some issue with gmail. I tried again and got the reset.
