At the risk of saying something positive by recounting a negative:
Last weekend I previewed an exercise tape by a different production company and duo of instructors, and it was the most painful 87 minutes I have experienced in over 10 years. I won't state the name of the tape or the production company; suffice it to say it is a widely marketed company, whose success is a total mystery to me. It was exercise-video's answer to "The Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" - badly produced, unprofessional instructors, awkward participants and terrible workout construction.
I hadn't realized how spoiled I'd become with Cathe Friedrich's products! WHAT A PRO! It takes a real dose of dreck to make you realize how bad bad can be, and how good you got it!
Miss Cathe, may you live forever, and make videos for us always! You really do set the gold standard!
