CANCEL PREORDER

I have wrote a message in this forum about to cancel a preorder of kickmax. Now I see that my message has disappeared of the forum. What happens?.I only want an answer. I am not worry about to lose the money but I do not want UPS send the preorder to me.My mail is Angelita-32@ msn.com. I have written two messages to the direction you say and I have not received an answer.Thank you.

Did you send an e-mail to [email protected]. I think that is how they usually handle order issues, not on the forums.

YES OF COURSE I HAVE SEND TWO MAILS TO THAT DIRECTION BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER.I HAVE WROTE IN THIS FORUM BECAUSE I AM DESPERATE WAITING AN ANSWER AND I TOUGHT SOMEBODY COULD HELP ME. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST.

I’m sure somebody will get to you shortly. You have to remember that you’re in a different time zone than us, so the 2 emails that you’ve already sent were done so yesterday evening, which is Sunday here.
