Can you workout before eating?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is safe to workout in the morning before eating while pregnant. This is the usual time that I workout(5-6:30am) and if I eat before working out I usually have to wait 2-3 hours after I have eaten to workoutor else it really bothers me.

You can have a pre-workout snack of fruit or your favorite energy bar to help boost your energy level during workout. Its recommended that you wait a minimum of at least 45 mins. before a FULL meal for digestive purposes.
